Core Struggles Stay-at-Home Parents Face
Loss of identity – Feeling like you’re “just a parent” and missing professional or personal fulfillment.
Invisible labor – Managing schedules, meals, school needs, emotional care—all often unrecognized.
Financial stress – Relying on one income or feeling undervalued for unpaid labor.
Monotony and burnout – The repetitive nature of daily tasks wears down energy and patience.
Limited time for self-care – Guilt or lack of opportunity to rest, recharge, or pursue hobbies.
Relationship strain – Uneven division of household/parenting duties with a partner.
Career pause anxiety – Worry about re-entering the workforce later on.
In this intimate group setting, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow stay-at-home parents, reframe your struggles into goals, and leave feeling empowered with strategies to help you achieve those goals!
Take the first step towards a happier you, join us on 10/22!

It's FREE! No commitments, no obligations!

Ninety minutes is enough time to cover material, which includes points of reflection and participant engagement.
If you are interested in a session, but can't meet this time - message me at irma.bondi20@outlook.com.
If none of the struggles listed above are the ones I am challenged with as a stay-at-home parent, should I still join the event?
YES!! The struggles above are not an all inclusive list - all stay-at-home parents are welcome!
Why should I consider attending this event?
If you are struggling to get through each day AND want to make things better (for you, your family, your situation), then you need to make time to figure things out. Your situation will not get better by chance, you have to make it happen!
You also need to put yourself in the right space to effectively figure out how to better your situation! While venting with fellow stay-at-home parents may feel like a safe, common space, it is NOT effective for many reasons. Group coaching allows for that same safe, common space, but with a Coach Facilitator that will guide you/the group towards your individual goals.
How is Coaching different from Therapy?
Coaching focuses on the present and the future. Therapy focuses on the past.
