Struggles Working Parents Face
The Tug-of-War Between Work and Home - Always feeling pulled in two directions, with never enough time for both.
Missing Out on Family Moments - Skipping school events, milestones, or quality time because work takes priority.
Managing the Mental Load - Carrying the endless to-do list of work tasks, childcare, and household needs—all at once.
Workplace Pressure - Struggling with expectations to be “always available” while worrying about being seen as less committed.
Neglecting Self-Care - Putting yourself last and running on empty, leaving little energy for your family—or you.
In this intimate group setting, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow working parents, reframe your struggles into goals, and leave feeling empowered with strategies to help you achieve those goals!
Take the first step towards a happier you, join us on 10/15!
Frequently Asked Questions?
How much does the event cost?
It's FREE! No commitments, no obligations!
How many people can be in this session?
No more than 10 people max!
Why is it a 90 minute session and at night?
Ninety minutes is enough time to cover material, which includes points of reflection and participant engagement.
The event is at night, right around bedtime, so that parents don't have to take work time or family time to attend session. If you are interested in a session, but can't meet this time - message me at irma.bondi20@outlook.com.
If none of the struggles listed above are the ones I am challenged with as a working parent, should I still join the event?
YES!! The struggles above are not an all inclusive list - all working parents are welcome!
Why should I consider attending this event?
If you are struggling to get through each day AND want to make things better (for you, your family, your situation), then you need to make time to figure things out. Your situation will not get better by chance, you have to make it happen!
You also need to put yourself in the right space to effectively figure out how to better your situation! Venting with fellow working parents - while feeling like safe, common space, is NOT effective for many reasons. Group coaching allows for that same safe, common space, but with a Coach Facilitator that will guide you/the group towards your individual goals.
How is Coaching different from Therapy?
Coaching focuses on the present and the future. Therapy focuses on the past.
